The Challenge
Managing player applications for two distinct pathways (Academic and Scholarship) was a logistical challenge. The academy needed a centralized digital system to handle player enrollments, track school fee payments, and manage student records for scouting and welfare.
The Solution
We designed and deployed a unified, cloud-native academy dashboard. The system empowers admins to easily confirm payments, track student/player progress, and manage the official recruitment portal while handling high traffic during active scouting windows.
